If you use Strava, copy and paste the link to your activity into the personalisation box. This allows our design team to recreate your actual route and incorporate it into your poster.

Please also provide the details you'd like displayed, including your name, event or run, date, distance, finish time and pace.

Don't use Strava? No problem. Provide as much information as possible when ordering and we'll work from the route and running details supplied.

We aim to dispatch all non personalised orders within 48 hours (subject to print availability). Personalised orders please allow 7 days dispatch. 

United Kingdom

UK unframed poster orders will be dispatched Royal Mail tracked 48hr Service.

UK framed poster orders will be dispatched Parcel Force tracked 24hr Service.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error, any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery and gift cards and non returnable.To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bethestarposters.com.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
