How long till my order is shipped?

Depending on printing stock available - Our standard delivery service is sent on a 48hr service  

Does my poster have your company watermark across it?

Our business logo watermark is only present on digital designs for copyright protection. The poster you receive will not have a watermark across it.

 

My order arrived damage/incomplete. What do I do?

Don't worry, just send us an email at sales@bethestarposters.com with your order number and what the problem is and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

What should I do if my order hasn't been delivered yet?

Please allow 5-7 working days for your order to be delivered. If after 7 days you still haven't received your order please contact us.
